Welcome to Red Gate Farms RV Resort. By accessing or using our website and services, including making a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Full payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in accordance with our posted cancellation policy.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of emergencies, inclement weather, or operational needs.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 1:00 PM or later  |   Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional fees and must be approved in advance.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By staying at Red Gate Farms RV Resort, guests agree to:

• Follow all posted campground rules and regulations

• Keep pets leashed and under control at all times

• Supervise children and maintain a respectful environment

• Properly dispose of trash and keep sites clean

• Refrain from loud or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without a refund if rules are violated or behavior is inappropriate.

5. Site Conditions

Specific site requests are considered but not guaranteed.

RVs must be in good working order and compliant with our size and safety standards.

Only one RV and one tow vehicle are allowed per site unless otherwise arranged.

6. Use of Facilities

Guests may enjoy resort amenities such as the saltwater pool, lake, trails, and common areas. Use of facilities is at your own risk. Please follow all safety signage and instructions.

7. Liability Waiver

Red Gate Farms RV Resort is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

• Injuries sustained while using our facilities or participating in activities

• Acts of nature or conditions beyond our control

Guests agree to release and hold harmless Red Gate Farms, its owners, and staff from any claims, demands, or liability arising from their stay.

8. Privacy Policy

By using our website or providing us with your information, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services and Booking Tools

Our website includes embedded services provided by third parties, such as our reservation system powered by CampLife. By making a booking through our site, you acknowledge and agree that CampLife may collect and process your information in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

CampLife may use cookies or similar technologies to enable the reservation system to function. If you disable cookies in your browser, you may not be able to complete your booking through our embedded tool. In that case, you may book directly at https://www.camplife.com.

We are not liable for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services embedded or linked on our website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
